We are an independent, family run gym offering private gym memberships, alongside our fitness classes. The gym is temperature controlled and has key code entry access for members.

 

The gym is equipped with free and fixed weights, ski erg, rowing machine & a sled run. An optional free induction and programme comes with each membership.
