BodyPump
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This program is based on THE REP EFFECT, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights while performing high repetitions – this is the secret to developing lean, athletic muscle.

Spin
Our indoor cycling classes are set to the rhythm of motivating music. Our instructors use a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a fun and challenging workout.

Zumba, Abs & Stretch!
Zumba is taught by our friendly instructor Tina Marsh, who has over 30 years’ experience as a professional in the dance industry. Tina welcomes everybody into Zumba, regardless of age and fitness level – it’s all about having fun whilst keeping fit.

Bootcamp
Our successful four-week course runs monthly throughout the year, Monday-Fridays from 6.20 – 7.00.am. The sessions are 40 minutes and each day is different.

Functional Fitness
This class incorporates functional exercise movements that allow you to focus on technique whilst following simple choreography. Train your muscles to carry out every day activities safely and effectively.

Dance Fitness
Taught by Tina Marsh, our dance expert, who is highly qualified with over 30 years’ professional experience. Tina’s Dance Fitness classes cover a mix of dance styles and are, what we like to call, ‘fitness fun!’.

A thirty minute Pilates class, taught to music, that everybody can benefit from. This class will increase your awareness of the body as you breathe through movements that improve strength, flexibility and stability.

IOW Panther
KICKBOXING CLASSES
IOW Panther Kickboxing Club is run by head coach Steven Marsh, a 3rd Dan Black Belt.
Kickboxing sessions run three times a week and cater for ages 6 years to adults.
